今年星雲賞外文作品沒跟雨果獎一起頒，回歸日本科幻年會，今年則是 DaiCon 7。
其中 Foreign Novel 得主是
Brightness Falls from the Air by James Tiptree Jr.
Foreign Story 則是
"Weather" by Alastair Reynolds (in Galactic North and Other Stories)
